Artist Statement

I am a long standing member of St. Etheldreda Artists Studios and use my small space to continue my education in sculpture. Experimenting with mainly simple materials, I continue on a 'Constructivist' line, exploring space in two and three dimensions, light, form, colour.
I did my sculpture degree at Norwich School of Art as a mature student and taught sculpture for many years
at Wensum Lodge, Norwich, Adult Education Centre. I have taken part in sculpture workshops in Estonia, Germany and Holland, and exhibited in France (with 20Group exchange), and Norway, (Contact Gallery exchange).
