Chrissy Leech’s practice explores the transitional place where two entities meet, whether it be life and death, ephemerality or permanence or the remembered and the real. The materials’ expressiveness and contradictory qualities, for her, have potential in spiritual and psychological terms. She lets the chosen material communicate.
