This was one of the ‘Arts Sans Frontieres’ series of exhibitions started in the year 2000. The idea for ASF came from the Group Chairman at the time, Barry Watkins, who collaborated with the Norfolk Friendship Association to contact artists in Norwich’s twinned cities, Rouen, Koblenz, Novi Sad and El Viejo and arrange exhibitions.
This exhibition was held in Rouen’s Old Cloth Hall with their art group Atelier Normand Creation and was the first time that our group had exhibited outside the UK.
